Shipping & Returns

We usually ship your order within 5 - 7 business days depending on inventory. 

To ensure freshness, we bottle RVOO on demand from our climate controlled storage facility.  We also hand-make our skincare line as needed to fulfill orders.  

Shipping of some of our skincare requires refrigeration that may delay shipping or prohibit shipping during hot months.

If there will be a delay, we will let you know.  If you have a rush order, please contact us before purchasing to ensure we can fulfill your order in time.
